After twenty-four years of professional practice, which started at Santamarina y Steta, one of the largest Law Firms in Mexico, then collaborating as General Counsel for the DuPont Company in Mexico and Central America, and finally at Unilever in Mexico, late in 2004 Federico Barroso brought into being the Law Firm “Barroso Abogados y Asociados, S.C.” With a solid business orientation and the highest standards of efficiency in ethics, cost, quality, and professionalism, the Firm provides comprehensive integrated legal services and business solutions in Administrative, Commercial, Corporate, Tax, Marketing, and Regulatory law matters, which range from simple procedures to obtain government permits, to corporate reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and other similar M&A activities.
